What is S.W.E.A.T.?
A personal training and group fitness center dedicated to helping people reach their fitness and health goals. Whether looking to lose weight, recreational enjoyment, or increased sport fitness, we will develop a strategy just for you. Our training styles have been developed from many years of watching, working with and coaching all types of people – from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.

S.W.E.A.T. workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At S.W.E.A.T., you will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a fitness veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. S.W.E.A.T. workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.
 
Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, weight loss, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and mobility. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
